Twin, Duplex and Dormitory

The Upasana Retreat offers twin, duplex and dormitory type accommodation facilities. The Upasana Retreat can comfortable house from 80-100 people. Each room has its own attached bathrooms with western style toilets and hot water supply. Bedding, blankets, towels and toiletries are provided.

The Kitchen & The Home Cooked Food

Upasana Retreat has a skillfully run traditional South Indian kitchen, which prepares very delicious and wholesome vegetarian dishes from all around India. Every meal is freshly prepared, and three large buffet meals are provided every day.

Additionally fresh fruit juice is provided by mid morning and also afternoon tea. Purified drinking water is available at the center. Special diets can also be catered for provided prior notice is given at booking.

For the cooking enthusiast, you have the opportunity to involve yourself in the kitchen and hone your skills and also learn from our resident chef’s, unique menu’s and dishes that boast of tradition and cooked for generations in home kitchens.

Snacks

If you get hungry mid-day, a snack is the best option at your desk, after a outing or in between classes. It is very good in general.

The Upasana Retreat has a 1400 sq Feet Multi-purpose Hall with facilities like, Large Screen Projector with audio system, table tennis, board games, dart boards, Yoga mats and for the crooners, a karaoke system to sing along in various languages. Available also is a Guitar and an Electronic Keyboard for the musically minded.

We have a recreation room, which allows guest to enjoy Table Tennis, Carom, Chess, Cards, Scrabble. Music lovers can play Piano and enjoy our Mediacom Karaoke system to try out their singing talent with wide list of English, Hindi and Many Indian regional language most popular songs

The Upasana Retreat has a modern well maintained swimming pool with mountain spring water and a filtration system, providing hygienic swim for all ages.
